The Lincolnshire Wolds AONB is
sparsely populated, with small settlements and many isolated
farmsteads. However, the activity that many of these
communities undertake is vital in protecting and enhancing
their own environment and the wider landscape.
The Lincolnshire Wolds
Countryside Service work with communities on numerous
projects, including landscape and conservation improvements,
local business ventures and information provision.
Basically, any community within the AONB can contact us for
assistance, guidance and help in funding opportunities for
projects that can improve their environment and we will help
and assist wherever possible.

Some of the projects we have
helped with include;
Belchford help and
assistance with conservation improvements within their
churchyard.
