The Wolds is great place to visit, not only for the natural beauty
and landscape but for all the many different aspects that makes the
Wolds so unique. The archaeology and history, the geology and
glaciated deposits, the cultural connections, different habitats and
visiting a scenic working landscape.
Whilst the Lincolnshire Wolds Countryside Service do not generally
lead educational visits, there are many other organisations and
groups out there. These are very knowledgeable and experienced in
leading groups and who have great information on all kinds of
activities, for both inside and outside the classroom.
