SITE DESCRIPTION: There are two separate areas available to visit. One is an area of chalk grassland with associated flora and fauna, offering good views of a glaciated landscape and rolling hills, typical of the Wolds. The other is a disused railway line with station, bridge, cuttings and embankment. An arable farm with modern equipment and machinery with access to cropping records, rotations, etc.

AVAILABILITY: All year
ACCESS AND PARKING: Parking for coaches, minibuses and cars on site.
FACILITIES: Toilet and basic undercover facilities at farm yard available.
EXTRA INFORMATION: Helpful literature for all stages of the National Curriculum and Countryside Stewardship notes on incorporation into Geography, History, English, Art and other subjects, including Ordnance Survey plans of the farm, are all available from Mrs. Cantor.
