Tastes of Lincolnshire act as a a signpost in the county to those businesses that source and supply local produce.

When travelling about the county look out for pubs, restaurants, B&B's, tea-rooms and shops displaying the Tastes of Lincolnshire sign and you will be assured that they will always offer a choice of food and/or drink that has been locally produced.

 

Select Lincolnshire brand is designed to emphasise both the quality and diversity of food from the county. Those involved in the production of food, agriculture, horticulture, farm services and logistics now have a distinct identity that can be used across their marketing, from packaging to vehicle liveries, to mark their products out as a 'quality' Lincolnshire offering.

Meridian Meats Home produced Longhorn beef, rare breed lamb, pork, national award winning speciality sausages, pork pies, stuffed chine, dry cured bacon.

Lincolnshire Curly Coat Pigs Based in the Wolds, the Rectory Reserve are breeders of this distinctive rare pig since 2007. Look at their website for events and open days where you can see the pigs and sample some produce.

Little Hays Poultry Located at Ashby Puerorum near Horncastle, free range chickens, ducks and seasonal turkeys and geese are reared in the traditional way.

Leaning's Butchers Situated on the Viking Way in the picturesque village of Tealby, Leaning's Butchers shop is famous for its delicious home made Lincolnshire sausages.

The selection of produce available at the Lincolnshire Farmers Markets varies from free range beef, lamb & pork, poultry,

Tom Wood Beers - Highwood Brewery stands peacefully in a fold of the Lincolnshire Wolds, surrounded by rich farming land that has for centuries provided the finest quality Malting Barley for use in the brewing of fine beers.
Fugelestou Ales Fulstow Brewery - owned by Phil and Dawn Ellis, Fulstow Brewery commenced brewing in August 2004 and have become an award-winning brewery. You can find their beer at several Lincolnshire Wolds villages such as Ludford, Belchford, Ludborough, South Ormsby and Aby just to name a few.

Batemans at Wainfleet offers prize-winning beer from one of the county's many breweries. Although the brewery isn't in the Wolds, many of its pubs are. They survive the increasingly difficult times for pubs and provide a focal point for the local community.
