Lincolnshire County Council offer this advice:
Report fly-tipping
- If the fly tipping is on the public highway or public land, contact your district or borough council above.
- If the fly tipping is outside a household waste recycling centre, call 01522 782070.
- If you believe the fly-tipping to be hazardous waste or causing pollution, call the Environment Agency on 0800 807060.
- If you witness anyone fly tipping, record as many details as possible and pass them on to the relevant authority.
