'How to' Guides

Quick and easy guides were produced by the Down Your Wold project whose aim was to increase wider understanding and appreciation of the heritage within the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). A full breakdown of the project can be found in in the Down Your Wold Evaluation
The discoveries made during the project provided local communities with a greater comprehension of local heritage and awareness of its importance.
Alongside new information and interpretation that came to light from research and surveys, valuable new skills were gained from the free training events and workshops running throughout the project.
Research and analytical skills alongside practical skills such as how to survey heritage assets, date buildings, identify architectural and archaeological features and how to read the landscape were developed.
