This beautiful part of the Waithe beck chalk stream needs a little helping hand to keep it flowing. In the summer months the in-stream plants can impede the flow so we’re going to be removing some to keep it flowing. There can also be a need to thin out the willow that shoots up by the stream and can quickly over-shade certain areas.
