Earth Day at the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, Burton Road, Lincoln. LWCS will be showing people how to survey hedges and identify what species are present. There will also be a display of hedgelaying tools and techniques, we’ll be having our usual display of leaflets and walking guides.
The Museum will be open from 10.00 am until 3.30 pm,
All day there are opportunities to
- Visit Information stalls across the site
- Join in the creative arts collage making and crafts
- Plant some edible flower seeds for your wildlife habitats and make your own plant pot!
- Demonstrations in wood turning and hedge laying
At these times you can also see
11am, 12 noon and 1.30pm – Poacher Morris Dancing
2pm – Music from Experimental Sonic Machines plus acoustic sessions at various times.
