Agri-environment schemes and the future

From April 2021-2024, the Farming in Protected Landscapes scheme will provide financial support to farmers and other land managers in National Parks and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The funding will help them support and manage the natural environment, cultural heritage and public access. If you would like to find out more about these schemes and how to get involved you can register for a free online workshop in February or March.

The start of the new Countryside Stewardship Scheme in February and Farming in Protected Landscapes in April means there are steps you can take now.

Attend an online workshop and find out more:

  • Find out what has changed in the Countryside Stewardship Scheme
  • Hear from farmers who are already in agri-environment schemes
  • Learn about the Farming in Protected Landscapes Scheme

  • Monday 22nd February, 5:00-6:30pm
  • Thursday 4th March, 5:00-6:30pm
  • Tuesday 23rd March, 1:00-2:30pm
